The Connecticut Town & City Management Association (CTCMA) is the professional and educational association for appointed municipal managers serving the cities and towns of Connecticut. 

Membership is available to any local government professional administrator and is comprised of professional local government administrators & assistants whose goal is to improve the quality of local government in Connecticut through professional management.

CTCMA holds regular meetings to encourage the development of professional relationships and facilitate the exchange of ideas and information among members. CTCMA meets bi-monthly at Elaine's Bar & Grill in Wethersfield. The meeting schedule for 2023 will be released in the coming months. CTCMA is an affiliate of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), an organization devoted to enhancing the proficiency of municipal managers and other municipal administrators, and strengthening the quality of local government through improved professional management.  CTCMA members must adhere to the ICMA Code of Ethics and must demonstrate ethical and legal awareness in personal and professional relationships and be dedicated to the highest principles of honesty, integrity, and excellence in management.
